So that means its not hardware related, but software? And if so, why there is no fix by now? I mean I am sure I am not the only one having these issues. Should I be worried? is this possible motherboard issue?ĮDIT: the issues are the worst via USB type C sound.ĮDIT2: Uhm ,so if I completely uninstall all sound drivers and let Windows install its base drivers, there is no pops and cracks! But obviously then functionality is crippled, as no Realtek related useful tools are installed. Also, no matter which jacks I am connected to, when I am adjusting volume via the volume control slider in Windows, there is cracking each time I move the slider. At this point, I went into Device Manager and deleted his video card ( Intel HD 4600 ). The speaker has a red X next to it and there is no option to select a sound device. Since HDMI sound is also coupled with video, I figured there is a good chance that the video card driver might be at fault. The MOBO also features type - C Audio USB on the rear, but same issues. In fact, the HDMI audio is specifically related to the 'High Definition Audio Device' listed in Device Manager.
I can say I had any serious issues so far, but in Warzone I def experience pops and cracks.
